Studies level – required diploma:
What are the admission requirements for the MSc in Wine & Spirits programme?
- Level of studies: 3 years of higher education attested by a diploma or an equivalent of 180 ECTS credits,
- Level of English: Language score is optional to enter the Long Track, but compulsory to enter the specialisation year of the MSc.

How to apply to the programme?

3.Apply for a Merit Scholarship*.
4.Answer motivational questions
5.Download the required documents :
- A CV
-A piece of identification (ID card or passport)
-The last diploma obtained
-Transcripts of the last training course taken
-The certificate of schooling if you are in training.
6.Download the optional documents :
-Proof of English score (TOEIC 850 / IELTS 6.5 / IBT 100)
-Another diploma obtained
-A letter of recommendation
-A certificate of employment.
7.Pay the application fee of 120€** per credit card to finalize the application.
* for international candidates only.
** Any application for which the fees have not been paid will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. This application fee is non-refundable and cannot be used for applications to other KEDGE programmes.
STEP 2
Eligibility results
The admissions team will review your application in order to declare you eligible based on the prerequisites and the academic and professional level required for the programme in question. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 5 working days from join@kedgebs.com. We invite you to check your spam and to add this email address in your address book to be sure to receive future communications.
STEP 3
Selection tests
In the case of eligibility, an invitation will be automatically sent to you via email from the address join@kedgebs.com to connect to interview.kedge.edu and reserve an interview date from those available. We advise you to book an interview date within 72 hours. This way, you will have the choice and time to organise yourself during a slot of your preference. After this period, the admissions team will contact you and summon you to the available slots of the next session.
Motivational interview:
Lasting 20 to 30 minutes in English for MSc and in French for specialised programmes. The objective of this motivational interview is to discover the personality, educational background, and professional project of the candidates to ensure its alignment with the DNA and content of the targeted programme. It is not intended to disturb or challenge the candidates but rather to clarify the programme's expectations and the candidate's skills to ensure a successful academic journey.
Written assignment (optional):
Before the motivational interview, a written assignment may be sent to you by email to prepare for your interview. These materials, to be returned by email to the jury before the motivational interview, will be used to assess the relevance of your application in relation to the desired profile. The nature of the written assignment varies depending on the programme: case study, text analysis, theoretical quiz, etc. Specific instructions for each programme will be provided in due course.
STEP 4
Admission results
Following the selection assessments, the admission decision will be communicated to you via email the following week (refer to the selection dates schedule) from the address join@kedgebs.com. You may be declared admitted, conditionally admitted, placed on a waiting list*, or not admitted, depending on the decision of the programme manager and their evaluating team. The programme's decision is final.
In the case of admission, your admission letter, validated by the programme director, will be enclosed with the response.
*For those placed on the waiting list, the final decision will be provided within a maximum period of 4 weeks.
STEP 5
Reception of your registration file
In the case of admission, you will receive an invitation to log in to your future registration space. Online registration is a mandatory step to confirm your place for the upcoming intake and access all resources at KEDGE.
To complete your online registration, you have a period of 10 days from the date of your admission letter to log in to your extranet (registration space), provide the requested information, and settle the deposit. Beyond this date, your admission will be considered void.
