The MSc Wine & Hospitality, jointly developed by the two schools recognised in their respective fields by industry professionals, offers graduates international career opportunities in various fields within the wine and hospitality industries, managerial positions, commercial development, consulting, wine tourism, etc. One year after its creation, it notably obtained the innovation prize awarded by Eduniversal in the “wine and gastronomy” category.
During the 3-semester course, comprising both in-classroom and distance learning, students will acquire the fundamentals in wine and hospitality, business excellence, and management practices in the wine and hospitality fields, and will learn to create value through entrepreneurship and project management. Study trips and visits to Europe will allow theory and practice to be compared on an international level.
EHL Hospitality Business School and the KEDGE Wine School want students of the program to become committed players in the future of the wine and hospitality sectors, capable of innovating and understanding the key success factors in the current context by developing their management skills and strategic vision. To support them in this objective, students will be able to count on the expertise of the two sponsors of the promotion.
Following on from Philippe Faure-Brac and Jean-François Piège, Franck Giovannini and Vitalie Taittinger have agreed to become the sponsors of the new promotion of students in order to pass on their experience and dedication and to highlight the links between the wine industry and the hotel and restaurant industry. They have already met the students at the start of the school year on 27 September.
For Jérémy Cukierman, Director of the KEDGE Wine School and Master of Wine, “Wine, restaurants and hotels must work hand in hand. These worlds must build the future together. We are delighted to play a part in rising to this great challenge, through this program and with these sponsors of choice.”
“Through contact with seasoned experts, this Master program prepares the industry leaders of tomorrow to focus on the associations that exist between the world of wine and that of hospitality in order to create innovative solutions and bring to life a unique know-how”, adds Stéphane Haddad, Academic Director of the Graduate School within the EHL Group.
