Un programme sur mesure pour intégrer les métiers du vin et de l'hôtellerie
Le programme MSc Wine & Hospitality Management de KEDGE Wine School est une formation de référence de niveau Bac+5 pour intégrer les métiers du vin. Ce programme enseigné en anglais sur les campus de Bordeaux et Paris offre une approche multisectorielle des disciplines du management et du vin pour former les futurs cadres du tourisme, du vin et de l'hôtellerie à l'international. S'appuyant sur le travail du centre de recherche unique à l'école, il ouvre à ses alumni des opportunités de carrière dans l'industrie hôtelière dans le monde entier.
Avec une admission possible dès le niveau bac + 3, le "Long Track" permet d'acquérir des compétences managériales et savoirs faire génériques dans un premier temps, puis de développer une expertise métier avec la deuxième année. Avec le "Short Track", les étudiants disposant d'un niveau bac+4 peuvent accéder directement à la deuxième année de formation.

- Corporate Project : Challenge Open Innovation: Mission de conseil d'un mois sur une problématique d'innovation réelle et actuelle d'une entreprise. Les projets d'entreprise permettent aux étudiants d'acquérir une expérience pratique de la conduite et de la stratégie d'entreprise. Il sont également confrontés à la complexité des processus décisionnels. Les étudiants sont accompagnés par leur tuteur KEDGE. La mission est effectuée en groupes de 4 à 5 étudiants. Combinaison de travail collectif et individuel. Présentation finale devant l'entreprise et le tuteur KEDGE.
